Backdoor Catering has worked with some of the biggest acts in the music industry, touring with them and meeting the catering needs of the whole team from stars to roadies. We have also catered for Big Day Out (2003-2010), Vibes on a Summer Day and other events and concerts like The Three Tenors, Anthony Warlow, Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix (2009), Clipsal 500 (Adelaide, S.A) Point Nepean Jazz Festival (2007-2008)and the Tribute to Nelson Mandela.
We can provide a full tour service and go on the road with the show or support a specific gig. We also provide a Baine Marie service to ensure that the crew gets a hot meal even during set up when meals have to be eaten at odd times.
