Food hygiene certification is absolutely essential and Backdoor Catering is registered as a Class C Food Business, which means that we comply with all of the standards of food safety in the catering industry.
All Backdoor Catering food is delivered in registered food transport vehicles to our commercial catering centre, prepared and then hygienically packed into our mobile kitchens.
Our catering centre, mobile kitchens and food handling practices are fully compliant with all Health Regulation Schedules.
Food safety registration is extremely important!
Without full catering health compliance, your insurance may be invalid.
