The Backdoor Catering operation is fully health regulation compliant, and comprises a fleet of mobile commercial kitchens ranging in size from five to fifteen meters to meet a range of location and catering requirements. The fleet is backed up by a catering centre with large commercial kitchen, freezers and storage. We also have all the necessary support equipment to ensure that our cuisine is served in perfect condition no matter what the location or the schedule.
